It will be presented during the AALL’s annual meeting in Denver later this month. According to Fastcase’s press release announcing the award, an iPad version will be released at the AALL meeting and versions for the Android and Blackberry are in the works. More Indications of FCC Review of TV Shared Services Agreements
This week, the FCC agreed to treat a case in Hawaii, which has generated much controversy and press coverage, as a "permit but disclose" proceeding, meaning that parties are not confined to the usual process of arguing their cases through written submissions served on all parties (or meetings at which all parties are present).

In Idaho, A Tougher Open Meeting Law
A revised open meeting law took effect yesterday in Idaho. Under the new law: A board member who conducts or participates in an unlawful meeting is subject to a civil penalty of $50. SAG & AMPTP Confirm Meetings for Next Tues-Weds
SAG and the AMPTP confirmed in a joint press release today that they will meet at AMPTP HQ next Tuesday and Wednesday, February 17-18, as was widely expected. In my view, negotiations will probably continue over a period of a few weeks, as a significant number of issues remain. Nice to know that MF still believes in unity.

Warner Music Says No More Music for Streaming - What's It Mean for US Webcasters?
According to British press reports , Warner Music's CEO Edger Bronfman Jr. Internet Radio operators who want to rely on the statutory license must meet a set of requirements set out by statute in order to qualify for the license. stated that it will cease making its music available to advertising supported streaming music sites.
