Don’t Stop ’til You Get Enough
In papers filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday, November 6, father Joe Jackson requested an allowance from Michael’s estate. Michael was recently added to Forbes magazine’s list of Top Earning Dead Celebrities and even surpassed Elvis. Money, that is. His surprise was undoubtedly shared by many others.

The “One Laptop per Child Foundation released a television commercial on Christmas Day of John Lennon - almost 30 years after his assassination - pitching viewers to buy laptops for poor children. You can give a child a laptop and more than imagine, you can change the world.. Variations on the technology have been around for years.

Oscar Watch: Hollywood Issues
Los Angeles Magazine features cover girl Kate Winslet , while the much-improved glossy LAT Mag boasts Anne Hathaway on the cover (after the Calendar ran an "it girl" feature on her back in November) and the likes of Ron Howard, Steve Martin and David Steinberg on the inside.
