I was once on a panel with someone from the Electronic Frontier Foundation who tried to rile up the crowd by asking if “Hollywood” should be able to tell Silicon Valley what to do. Answer: No one can tell Silicon Valley what to do unless they brought their litigation war chest. Except maybe the government. Maybe.)
