A Minor Consideration: Reality TV and Child Stars
m as big a Jon and Kate fan as the next reality television voyeur viewer, but watching this season is just painful. Unlike California, which treats reality television actors like traditional stage actors, Pennsylvania does not. Furthermore, Pennsylvania’s child labor laws have no provision for reality stars. record 9.8 Maybe so.

FCC Says that Permittee of New Noncommercial FM Station Cannot Change Coverage Area if It Won the Permit Based on 307(b) Preference
While there is no question that an applicant who makes promises that lead to the award of a permit should be held to those promises (to do otherwise would undermine the system), is it really in the public interest to hold the applicant to these promises in such a way so as to ignore reality?

Will the House Pass the DTV Extension? - Dueling Congressional Letters Take Opposing Positions
